Zhucheng jusheng precision machinery Co., Ltd. is located in the Zhucheng Development Zone, covers an area of 130,000 m2with a total investment of 780 million. Zhucheng Jusheng is a joint-stock enterprise and its production is applied for agricultural machinery, rail trains, construction machinery and engine components mainly. Our main products are all kinds of agricultural machinery part. Furthermore, our technology is quite mature in following productions, such as transmission box casting and finishing machining, Hitachi bogie, four/six engine cylinder/head and so on, and their product are volume shipment.

The foundries owned import static pressure molding production lines and Laempe core making equipment from Germany, and the FBO-3 level off box production lines from Japanese Sinto and one resin sand production line. The main production equipments include 8 molding machines, 10 medium frequency furnaces, 12 cold/hot box core-makers, 6 shot blasting machines. We are engaged in ductile iron and grey iron castings among which partial ductile iron can meet the impact of -50oC.

More than 60 sets high-end machining equipment in the machining factories include Mazak horizontal centers, Haas vertical centers, and other vertical machining centers, CNC lathes, boring-milling machines, planer-type milling machines, and one HEXAGON three-coordinates measuring machines and the other testing equipment. We have already had rail box, rear axle housing and transmission housing’s fine machining realized. We keep exploring the assembly components and have developed kinds of clutch assemblies, brake assemblies and corn-driving box assemblies so far.

Our technical team formed for many years has independent R&D ability of casting and machining. And the company has established an impeccable quality management system, has passed ISO9001、ISO14001、GB/T28001. The complete physical and chemical testing center whose main instruments include a metallographic microscope, CJE - Ⅱ yoke flaw detector, the German Q6 direct reading spectrometer, digital intelligent ultrasonic flaw detector, the digital carbon silicon analyzer, the 600 KN hydraulic universal testing machine, etc. is able to complete mechanical properties, microscopic metallographic, low-temperature impact, ultrasonic testing, magnetic yoke flaw detection, spectral analysis and core sand testing tasks。 It provides a reliable guarantee for product quality, quality improvement and new product development.
